mdotm is seeking a QA Engineer to safeguard the reliability and security of our software across AI interfaces and internal tools. You will work with frontend and backend teams to translate requirements into robust test strategies and automated pipelines.

You will design and maintain test plans, validate security controls, and drive adoption of QA best practices to balance quality with fast delivery. English communication required; Milano-based hybrid work possible.

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency with modern testing tools and API testing.
Strong understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript and Java/Spring Boot.
Experience testing secure authentication flows and compliance with standards.
Git and Jira experience for bug-tracking and issue management.
Ability to drive QA practices across the lifecycle, from unit tests to complex E2E automation.
Define quality gates and metrics to balance standards with delivery velocity.
Experience establishing and monitoring technical KPIs for reliability and performance.
Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Mansioni

Develop and execute test plans for AI interface and internal tools.

Validate security implementations like XSS/CSRF and secure authentication flows.
Lead QA best-practice adoption with technical leadership.
