Eidosmedia, Milan-based leader in content management and digital publishing, seeks a Head of Quality Assurance to steer the QA function through a major product and engineering transformation. The role supports candidates in Portugal or the UK, with a strong focus on AI-driven development and regulated environments.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering.
• 5+ years leading QA teams in complex enterprise software environments.
• Proven experience defining QA strategy and leading QA transformation with measurable improvements.
• Hands-on experience with UI, API, integration and end-to-end testing, plus CI/CD and cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Kotlin, TS/JS, C#) and modern test automation frameworks.

• Define and drive the quality strategy, standards and practices across the product portfolio.
• Lead, coach and grow the QA function with technical direction and tooling decisions.
• Establish meaningful quality metrics and provide visibility on quality and risks to executives.
• Evolve QA for AI-powered features and AI-driven development lifecycle practices.
• Drive automation and continuous testing to improve feedback, efficiency and coverage.
• Oversee QA for platform modernization and long-lived products ensuring reliability and security.
• Own the broader quality agenda including performance, resilience and auditability.
