Publicis Sapient is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join our Italian market team, focusing on Digital and CRM initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align priorities, and drive delivery while engaging with client stakeholders to improve ways of working and outcomes.

The role requires fluent Italian and good English, with 3+ years in project/delivery roles and a strong bias toward collaboration and process improvement.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in project management, product, Digital transformation, CRM, marketing operations or related areas.
• Experience in project coordination, stakeholder management or Digital delivery activities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in Digital, CRM and customer engagement.
• Fluent Italian and good working English.

Mansioni

• Support the coordination and delivery of CRM and Digital initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery teams to ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
• Help ensure activities align with client priorities and expected outcomes.
• Work with client stakeholders and internal teams across CRM, Web, Marketing, Operations, Product and Technology.
• Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops and alignment sessions.
• Provide structured input and practical advice to clients on Digital business priorities.
