SEGULA Technologies in Torino, Italy seeks an Agentic AI Developer to join our team and support a major customer. The role focuses on building AI-native data backbones and enabling autonomous agents across legacy systems.

You will collaborate with data science, automation and product teams to embed predictive signals and governance into agent workflows, while translating business logic into structured agent behavior. Proficiency in English and Italian preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software and/or AI engineering experience, including 3+ years supporting supply chain or enterprise operations.
• Strong software engineering skills (Python preferred).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, or orchestration tools.
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes or enterprise systems.
• Experience designing multi-step workflows or decision logic.
• Ability to translate business logic into structured agent behavior.
• Good knowledge of English and Italian language.

• AI-native data backbone design and development across multiple legacy systems.
• Process enhancement and AI acceleration for supply chain operations.
• Build autonomous AI agents using LLMs, reasoning frameworks, tool-calling, memory and guardrails.
• Design multi-step planning and decision logic for safe, intelligent agent actions.

• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability and safety.

• Ensure compliance, observability, and governance for agentic systems.
