SEGULA Technologies in Torino, Italy seeks an Agentic AI Developer to join our team and support a major customer. The role focuses on building AI-native data backbones and enabling autonomous agents across legacy systems.

You will collaborate with data science, automation and product teams to embed predictive signals and governance into agent workflows, while translating business logic into structured agent behavior. Proficiency in English and Italian preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software and/or AI engineering experience, including 3+ years supporting supply chain or enterprise operations.
• Strong software engineering skills (Python preferred).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, or orchestration tools.
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes or enterprise systems.
• Experience designing multi-step workflows or decision logic.
• Ability to translate business logic into structured agent behavior.
• Good knowledge of English and Italian language.

Segula Technologies Is Looking For An Agentic AI Developer To Join Our Team And Support An Important Customer. The Activity Includes

• AI-Native Data Backbone Development Design and implement AI-native data backbones integrating data sourced from multiple legacy systems


• Process Enhancement & AI Acceleration Improve Supply Chain processes and accelerate the development & deployment of Agentic AI solutions to enhance team productivity and business outcomes


• Capability Building & Knowledge Transfer


• Build autonomous AI agents using LLMs, reasoning frameworks, tool-calling, memory, and guardrails Design multi-step planning and decision logic that enables agents to act safely and intelligently


• Integrate agents with APIs, microservices, and workflow systems (e.g., Logic Apps, Power Automate)
