Leonardo is seeking a Test Engineer for the Helicopters Division in Cascina Costa, Italy. You will perform end-to-end test activities for dynamic, structural and airframe components, review requirements, and help develop test rigs and setups with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a engineering degree, good English, and willingness to travel internationally; aerospace testing experience is a plus.

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (aeronautical, aerospace, mechanical, electronic or equivalent).
Knowledge of test engineering principles, laboratory processes, verification and validation for mechanical/dynamic/structural systems.
Understanding of development processes and product lifecycle activities.
Good knowledge of MS Office; data analysis and visualization tools are beneficial.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Willingness for occasional international travel.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking and proactive approach.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
