For Helicopters Division we are looking for a Test Engineer.
Perform end-to-end test engineering activities for dynamic, structural and airframe components and/or subsystems, ensuring successful execution of test campaigns from requirements definition through final reporting.
Review, discuss and verify test requirements received through Test Proposals, ensuring completeness, feasibility and alignment with programme objectives and certification needs.
Support the design, development and validation of test rigs, benches and associated test setups, coordinating with technical disciplines and laboratory functions.
Plan and execute test activities, ensuring compliance with applicable engineering processes, quality standards, safety requirements and programme schedules.
Prepare technical reports, test documentation and evidence packages, ensuring traceability, accuracy and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate and interface with key stakeholders including Technical Disciplines, Aircraft System Integration, Product Engineering, Experimental Operations, Transmission & Mechanical Parts CoE, Procurement & Supply Chain, and HSE & Site Facilities
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronic or equivalent technical disciplines.
Knowledge of test engineering principles, laboratory processes and verification and validation methodologies for mechanical, dynamic and structural systems.
Understanding of engineering development processes and product lifecycle activities.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications; familiarity with data analysis, data visualization and coding tools is considered beneficial.
Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
Availability for occasional international travel.
Strong problem-solving attitude, analytical thinking and proactive approach to technical challenges.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Previous experience in aerospace testing environments, particularly within rotary-wing aircraft programmes (Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering, testing, production, quality or related technical environments).
Experience in testing of dynamic systems, transmission systems, mechanical components, structural assemblies or airframe subsystems.
Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation, data acquisition systems and test automation solutions.
Knowledge of certification and qualification testing processes within the aerospace industry.
Experience with data analysis, scripting or coding tools for test data processing and reporting.
Familiarity with health, safety and environmental requirements applicable to laboratory and test facilities.
Experience coordinating suppliers, external laboratories or multidisciplinary engineering teams during test campaigns.
