Leonardo is seeking a Requirements Analysis-Tech, Innovation & Concepts Specialist to shape future rotorcraft programs. You will define high level requirements, analyze mission profiles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across national and international projects.

The role requires a degree in Aeronautics or equivalent, with experience in aerospace; knowledge of helicopters is a plus, and proficiency in Italian and English is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years degree in Aeronautic or equivalent in a relevant technical subject or at least 4 years' experience in a relevant aerospace role.
• Knowledge of Helicopter/Tiltrotor systems is a plus.
• Experience with MS Office, DOORS and MBSE (CAMEO) is advantageous.
• Ability to interface and coordinate with specialists within Engineering Dept. and manage information from a broad team of engineers.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.

• Definition/Analysis/Management of high level requirements for rotorcraft programs and projects based on customer Concept of Operation.
• Analyze mission profiles to shape technical solutions for future development.
• Define aircraft systems and configurations for new concepts and development projects.
• Prepare technical documentation to support requirements definition and management.
• Coordinate Engineering support to requirements across national and international projects.
• Support RFI/RFP technical proposals with focus on requirements.
• Coordinate inputs from TTIs and CPEs for bids and proposals.
• Identify key risks and dependencies for RFI/RFP responses.
• Perform/Support requirements and configurations in the DOORS database.
• Perform/Support Requirements Functional Analysis with Model Based System Engineering (CAMEO).
