MetaSensing BV is seeking a Product Assurance (PA) engineer to support the development, production and deployment of high-tech radar systems for airborne and space applications. The role ensures quality and safety, manages non-conformances, deviations and audits, and supports configuration management and traceability across the product lifecycle.

Competenze

• University Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Assurance/Quality Assurance in aerospace or other highly regulated environments.
• Proficient in technical English and able to communicate in cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Manage product assurance requirements for assigned projects and programs.
• Develop and maintain PA Plans and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Verify implementation of quality requirements throughout all product lifecycle phases.
• Prepare QA policies and procedures per ISO9001, EN9100 and ECSS.
• Manage Non-conformances, deviations, and waivers with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support during audits (internal and supplier) and traceability activities.
• Assist with cleanliness, contamination control, reliability, maintainability and product safety.
