JMC Aviation Limited is recruiting experienced Technical Assistants - Motors & Mechanics to support an ongoing aerospace project in Italy. The role requires hands-on work with metalworking machines and workshop tools, following detailed drawings and customer procedures.

You will maintain safety standards, ensure quality, and report defects. Travel at contract start/end is provided; PPE is supplied and accommodation is not provided; own transport is required for site movement.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a technical, mechanical, maintenance or workshop environment.
• Familiarity with metalworking machines and workshop tools.
• Familiarity with maintenance systems and motor/mechanical parts.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures.
• Good understanding of workplace safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to complete mandatory aerospace/site training (FOD, HF, SMS, MAL/NAM, EWIS, FTS, MMOE, MANMAN).
• Own transport required for movement around the base.
• Right to work in the EU.
