Job summary

JMC Aviation Limited is recruiting experienced Mechanical Fitters for the M345/M346 Final Assembly Line in Venegono, Italy. The role focuses on installation and testing of aircraft mechanical systems, including hydraulics, fuel, undercarriage, canopy, and ECS, with strict adherence to aerospace quality standards.

Candidates should have 5+ years in aerospace fitting, be able to read technical drawings, and bring experience with M345/M346 or fast-jet environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ aerospace mechanical fitting experience preferred.
• Proven experience in aircraft mechanical assembly and installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Experience with high aerospace quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble aircraft mechanical systems (Hydraulics, Fuel, Undercarriage, Canopy, ECS).
• Conduct functional testing of mechanical systems.
• Perform flying control rigging and aircraft jacking.
• Operate hydraulic rigs and support aircraft ground movements.
• Read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings.
• Carry out bonding checks and ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
