Leonardo is seeking a junior Manufacturing Engineer to optimize product industrialization for assemblies and define the BOM with all parts and materials. You will prepare manufacturing methods, work instructions, and related documentation while collaborating with design and production teams.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 1–3 years of experience, with knowledge of engineering drawings and power transmission components.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical documentation (manufacturing methods and work instructions) in descriptive and graphical form in compliance with project technical documentation and applicable regulations and specifications. This documentation will provide production operators, within their area of responsibility, with clear instructions for activities including the manufacture of parts, subassemblies and assemblies, product assembly, and helicopter functional testing.
The Manufacturing Methodist will also support the Production team by providing technical guidance within their area of expertise, clarifying and continuously improving issued work instructions, and assisting in the resolution of non‑conformities identified during manufacturing activities.
When required, the role may also involve supporting the definition and preparation of the documentation required to perform First Article Inspection (FAI).
