Job summary

Italdesign Giugiaro S.p.A. is seeking a dynamic Aerospace/Aeronautic Business Development Specialist to boost the Aerospace division’s growth.

Based in Moncalieri (TO), the role involves nurturing customer relations, budgeting, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet technical and economic targets. The candidate should have engineering or economics background with a focus on marketing and product definition, fluent Italian and English, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the sector and benchmarking.
• At least 5 years' expertise in aeronautic/aerospace development.
• Experience in Customer contact and management.
• Experience in defining Business Development actions.
• Experience in contract negotiation.
• Basic expertise in business opportunity creation.
• Basic expertise in managing one activity/project from start to end.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer relations through proposals.
• Set up area budgets and reach targets.
• Develop relationships with the Finders and customers.
• Support the Business Development Manager representing the Customer.
• Ensure execution of projects meeting technical and economic targets.
• Coordinate information flow between project and technical departments.
• Support Italdesign presence in client meetings.
• Assist integration with customers across decision processes.
