JMC Aviation Limited is recruiting experienced Aircraft Painters to support aircraft painting, coating and sealing activities in Sigonella, Italy. This opportunity requires strong hands-on aircraft painting and surface finishing experience, with the ability to work on metal and composite aircraft components.

Candidates must hold PS-02-ARP and PS-07-ARP certifications, have experience with both production and maintenance/MRO painting, and possess the right to work in the EU.

Competenze

• Certified to PS-02-ARP and PS-07-ARP for paint/coatings and sealants.
• Hands-on aircraft painting and surface finishing experience.
• Experience with metal and composite aircraft components.
• Experience applying conversion coatings, primers and exterior paints.
• Experience working with aluminium structures/components.
• Ability to measure and control paint thickness; trained to work at height.

Mansioni

• Carry out surface preparation and finishing of metal and composite aircraft parts.
• Apply conversion coatings, primers and exterior finish paints to aluminium components.
• Carry out aircraft paint and coating applications per specifications.
• Measure and control paint/coating thickness.
• Carry out masking and surface preparation.
• Carry out sealant applications where required.
• Complete paint and coating work on removed aircraft components.
• Carry out localised paint repairs on the aircraft.
