Responsibilities

• Guidare l’industrializzazione di nuove tecnologie e progetti di qualificazione riparazioni.
• Coordinare ingegneria, approvvigionamento, qualità e officine per soddisfare i requisiti.
• Mantenere metriche di industrializzazione, reporting e cadence delle attività.
• Collaborare con Cost-Out-Team per casi di business e validazione finanziaria.
• Migliorare i tempi di turnaround identificando colli di bottiglia della supply chain.
• Scouting e partenariati con fornitori di riparazioni interni ed esterni.

Let’s Talk About The Role

The Aero Alliance Industrialization Program Manager will lead the execution of new repair capabilities and industrialization projects to optimize product performance and turnaround times.

You will act as the primary bridge between engineering teams, repair shops, and external suppliers, building business cases and managing the lifecycle of industrialization activities. Your focus will be on driving cost‑out initiatives and technological advancements that enhance the value and efficiency of our aeroderivative gas turbine repair network.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Driving, developing and executing the industrialization of new technologies and repair qualification projects to improve product outcomes.
• Leading cross‑functional coordination between engineering, sourcing, quality, and repair shops to ensure project requirements are met.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive industrialization metrics, reporting, and pacing activities.
• Partnering with Cost‑Out‑Team to create robust business cases to support additional repair capabilities and secure financial validation.
• Improving turnaround times for repairs by identifying supply chain bottlenecks of Aeroderivative technology and implementing effective action plans.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to scout and partner with repair vendors.

A formal education and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements within service engineering or product management functions.

The pay range for this position: Between € 42,800.00 and € 64,200.00 gross per annum. The specific pay offered will consider the candidate’s education, qualifications, experience and skill set.

A Collective Bargaining Agreement (‘CBA’ - Metalworking) is applicable in relation to position. The available benefits based on the currently effective CBA and company policies include the following:

Base salary: The remuneration is established according to the Metalworking CBA salary scale, which defines job groups and minimum salary levels.

Pensione Integrativa (Cometa): Tutti i livelli sono eligibili, ad eccezione dei dirigenti.

Contributo del datore di lavoro: 2% (2,2% se under 35). Contributo del dipendente: 1,2%. Base di calcolo: retribuzione mensile lorda.

• 50% for shift production workers for overtime worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM

Night Overtime Saturday, Sunday And Public Holidays

• First eight hours: 60% for office staff, 55% for non-shift production workers, 60% for shift production workers
• Beyond eight hours: 75% for office staff, 65% for non-shift production workers, 75% for shift production workers

In case of compensatory time off, the premiums provided for under the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) apply.
