Aero Alliance is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our Manufacturing team in Italy. You will maintain precision tools and fixtures that support shop processes and collaborate with tool engineers to refurbish and restore equipment to original specifications.

You will troubleshoot CNC machinery, manage calibration activities, and keep detailed CMMS records. The role includes supporting new product introductions and inventory management for tooling, with a focus on Lean manufacturing practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical technology, aerospace, industrial engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.

This role is critical to maintaining the precision tools, fixtures that support our shop manufacturing processes. Job Description Aero Alliance Maintenance Engineer will support within the following Maintenance and Repair activities:

• Support shop tool engineers to rebuild, refurbish, and restore worn or damaged fixtures to original specifications
• Support in troubleshooting, corrective maintenance and repair activities on CNC machinery
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) in use E-maint
• Coordinate the calibration of measuring instruments according to quality standards
• Support new product introductions by preparing and validating fixtures for production readiness
• Manage tooling inventory, including storage, organization, and tracking systems
• Drafting maintenance plans in coordination with the equipment manufacturer

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience in mechanical technology, aerospace, industrial engineering, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
• Fluency in Italian and English in writing and speaking
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies
• Knowledge of E-maint CMMS and Oracle ERP will be a plus

Tra € 31.800.00 e € 47.700.00 lordi annui. La retribuzione specifica offerta terrà conto dell'istruzione, delle qualifiche, dell'esperienza e delle competenze del candidato

The pay range for this position: Between € 31,800.00 and € 47,700.00 gross per annum. The specific pay offered will consider the candidate’s education, qualifications, experience and skill set.

Eleggibilità per il Piano Bonus: Eligibilità al piano bonus Variabile-AIP, che prevede un incentivo target del 5% della retribuzione base annua, a seconda del raggiungimento dei parametri di business e delle performance individuali.
