Job summary

GE VERNOVA sta assumendo un Lead Automation and Robotics Engineer per guidare progetti di automazione e robotica, dalla progettazione all’implementazione. Sarai responsabile di analisi di fattibilità, gestione fornitori e ottimizzazione dei processi di produzione.

Il ruolo prevede collaborazione stretta con operatori e team di ingegneria, con retribuzione competitiva e piano bonus del 10% in base alle performance.

Qualifications

• Laurea in ingegneria dell'automazione o equivalente con esperienza.
• Conoscenza CAD e software 3D (AutoCAD, Creo).
• Rustiche programmazione (C++, Python).
• Inglese fluente (competenze scritte e parlate).

Responsibilities

• Gestire progetti di automazione e robotica dall'inizio alla chiusura.
• Consegna entro tempi, budget e ambito previsti.
• Analisi di fattibilità tecnica e costi per progetti proposti.
• Interfacciarsi con fornitori dalla gara al test finale.
• Supporto tecnico durante tutto il ciclo di progetto.
• Collaborare con operatori di stabilimento per soluzioni efficienti.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage robotics and automation projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Conduct thorough technical and cost feasibility analyses for proposed projects.
• Assess the potential benefits and risks associated with each project.
• Liaise with suppliers from the bidding phase through to project realization and testing.
• Ensure suppliers meet quality and delivery standards.
• Work closely with factory operators to develop practical and efficient automation solutions.
• Ensure that implemented solutions align with operational needs and enhance productivity.
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Education / Experience: Automation Engineering degree with proven professional experience; or equivalent experience.
• Specific knowledge CAD and 3D software (example: AutoCAD, PTC Creo..)
• Programming languages (example: C++, Python..)
• Fluent English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PLC programming and robotic systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Fascia retributive: Tra € 43,800 e € 65,700 lordi annui. La retribuzione specifica offerta terrà conto dell'istruzione, delle qualifiche, dell'esperienza e delle competenze del candidato.

Stipendio Base: La retribuzione seguirà le tabelle salariali previste dal CCNL di categoria Metalmeccanico Industria

Base salary: The remuneration is established according to the Metalworking CBA salary scale, which defines job groups and minimum salary levels.

Pensione Integrativa (Cometa): Tutti i livelli sono eligibili, ad eccezione dei dirigenti. Contributo del datore di lavoro: 2% (2,2% se under 35). Contributo del dipendente: 1,2%. Base di calcolo: retribuzione mensile lorda.

Pension Fund (Cometa): All levels are eligible, except executives (dirigenti). Employer Contribution: 2% (2.2% if under 35). Employee Contribution: 1.2%. Base: monthly gross salary.
