A strategic consulting firm in Milan is seeking candidates with a Master's degree and 3+ years' experience in strategy and corporate finance. You will work in teams, applying management consulting skills in dynamic client projects while mastering corporate finance techniques. How You'll Make a Difference

You will work in small teams taking an active part in every dimension of client engagements. Throughout each project, you will combine core management consulting skills with the capabilities required to apply innovative, advanced corporate finance and value creation techniques, contributing to the development of leading‑edge knowledge in areas at the intersection of strategy, corporate finance and implementation. Your work will include sourcing and assessing information, building and pressure‑testing hypotheses, shaping and communicating recommendations, and bringing real impact hands‑on.

Requirements

• Master's degree with an excellent academic record; MBA is an advantage
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, corporate finance, M&A, due diligence gained in a consulting firm, investment bank, accounting firm, or major corporation
• Flexibility and a collaborative attitude, with openness to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Outstanding analytical abilities and quantitative problem‑solving strength
• Proven leadership track record in academic, professional, or extracurricular contexts
• Empathic, and confident communicator
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Fluency in Italian is mandatory
