EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Junior Process Engineer for our Agordo site, Italy. You will assist in process engineering projects, collect and analyze production data, and support validation and improvement activities in a dynamic, international environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with supervisors and teams, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. English proficiency and a passion for innovation are key.

Competenze

• Educational background in Materials, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to data handling.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Support the team in medium-to-long term process engineering projects.
• Collect, organize, and summarize data and technical information from production and office activities.
• Participate in daily meetings and contribute to report development and analysis.
• Organize and perform tests on the production floor, supporting process validation and improvement.
