Unobravo International, based in Milan, seeks an Accountant to own the end-to-end Accounts Payable process within a structured global finance team. You will manage supplier invoices, reconcile POs and ensure VAT compliance, while supporting month-end closings and financial reporting.

This role requires accuracy, collaboration across departments, and willingness to travel. Location is Milan with occasional travel to Naples and other company locations.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years accounting experience, Accounts Payable cycle.
• Strong knowledge of Italian VAT rules, reverse charge, cross-border VAT.
• Experience with cost center accounting and cost allocation.
• Proficient with NetSuite ERP and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong reconciliations and controls.
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.

Mansioni

• Manage supplier accounting from Italy, EU and non-EU invoices.
• Reconcile supplier invoices with POs and requisitions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Manage accruals, prepayments and provisions for invoices not yet received.
• Ensure cost allocation to correct cost centers.
• Contribute to statutory financial statements and consolidation.
• Maintain supplier master data and ensure policy compliance.
