NHOA Energy S.r.l. in Milan is seeking an Accounting Intern to join our Finance team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to general ledger activities, invoice processing, reconciliations, and finance analytics in a fast-growing, international energy company.

Hybrid work combines Milan offices with remote work flexibility. The role requires a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s in business/economics/accounting, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Accounting specialization preferred).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with both internal and external contacts.
• Ability to work effectively within a growing and collaborative team
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Good knowledge of both Italian and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses to support the Finance team

Location: Hybrid remote and Milan Offices.
