NHOA Energy is seeking a Travel Specialist Intern to join the HR Administration, Payroll & Mobility team in Milan. You will support day-to-day business travel management, assist with international mobility activities and liaise with travel providers across global subsidiaries.

This internship offers hands-on experience in an international, fast-moving environment. You will gain exposure to travel bookings, cost tracking and relocation processes while developing administrative and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Languages or related field.
• Strong interest in corporate travel and international mobility processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable and service-oriented approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English and Italian; additional languages a plus.

Position

As a Travel Specialist Intern, you will join our HR Administration, Payroll & Mobility team, supporting the team in the day-to-day management of business travel and international mobility activities across NHOA Energy and its international subsidiaries.

This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in an international and dynamic environment, working closely with HR, Finance, employees and external providers.

Travel Management

• Support the organization and coordination of business travel, including transportation, accommodation and visa arrangements.
• Assist employees with travel-related requests and provide day-to-day support throughout the booking process.
• Support the management of relationships with travel agencies, booking platforms and other external providers.
• Help monitor travel expenses and collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate cost tracking.

Mobility & Relocation

• Support international mobility activities, including international assignments, secondments and relocations.
• Assist with visa, work permit and immigration processes in coordination with external providers.
• Support relocating employees with the administrative activities required before departure and upon arrival.
• Help maintain mobility-related documentation and ensure information and records are accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with the team on mobility activities involving different countries and international subsidiaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or currently completing a degree, in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Languages, International Relations or a related field.
• Strong interest in corporate travel, international mobility and HR processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable and service-oriented approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
