Street Smash Burgers is seeking its first accounting hire in Italy to establish the finance function from Milan. You will report to HQ in Madrid, work with a local tax advisor, and contribute to the rollout of Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Daily tasks include accounting, SDI invoicing, VAT obligations, and revenue monitoring across high volumes. You will collaborate with the tax advisor, auditors, and HQ finance, leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline processes from day one.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Italian accounting.
• Solid knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and VAT obligations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and strong Excel skills.
• Professional working proficiency in Italian and English.
• Accurate, reliable and deadline-driven, able to work independently with different teams.

Responsabilidades

• Run day-to-day accounting for Italy: prima nota, accounts receivable and payable.
• Record SDI e-invoices and reconcile bank accounts.
• Manage Italian tax obligations: VAT/LiPe, F24, corrispettivi telematici and deadlines.
• Monitor and verify store revenue across high volumes: daily takings, delivery, meal vouchers, cards.
• Support the preparation of the annual financial statements.
• Help roll out Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: opening balances, master data, testing.

The role

You’ll build the foundations of Street’s numbers in Italy as our first accounting hire there, reporting to our Headquarters in Madrid, with a local tax advisor and structured onboarding from day one. Expect AI and automation tools in your daily work (yes, in accounting too).

What you’ll do

• Run day-to-day accounting for Italy: prima nota, accounts receivable and payable.

Who we’re looking for

Must-have

• Based in Milan or the surrounding area.


• 2+ years of experience in Italian accounting.


• Solid knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and VAT obligations.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and strong Excel skills.


• Professional working proficiency in Italian and English (both used daily).


• Accurate, reliable and deadline-driven, able to work independently with different teams.

Nice-to-have

• Accounting diploma (Ragioneria) and/or a degree in Economics.


• Hands-on Business Central experience, ideally an ERP implementation.


• Experience in restaurants or multi-site retail, or in cost accounting/management control.


• Familiarity with Python, R or AI tools; professional working proficiency in Spanish.
