Job summary

MINISO Italy is seeking a Finance Operations Associate to support the Italian market's financial processes in Milan. You will handle franchisee reconciliation, invoicing, and accounts receivable follow-up, ensuring accuracy and timely collection.

You will review employee expense reimbursements, assist the Finance BP on related tasks, and work closely with local teams. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and solid IFRS knowledge are required, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and SAP

• At least 1 year of financial accounting experience; AR or reconciliation preferred.
• Familiarity with IFRS and Italian accounting standards.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Support Italian market finance operations, focusing on franchisee reconciliation, invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up and employee expense review.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review employee expense reimbursement applications against company policies, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
• Manage franchisee reconciliation and invoicing, and follow up on outstanding balances to support timely collection.
• Prepare accounts receivable (AR) aging analysis reports and support the monitoring of receivables risk.
• Assist the Finance BP with other related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field (or an equivalent Italian qualification, such as a Laurea triennale).
• At least 1 year of financial accounting experience; AR or reconciliation experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with IFRS, Italian accounting standards and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English is required; Mandarin Chinese is preferred but not mandatory.
