Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Milan, Italy is seeking an Accountant to support the Finance Manager with day-to-day accounting, VAT, invoicing, and monthly reporting in a collaborative, international team.

You will need a degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance or a related field, 1+ year of accounting experience, ERP experience (SAP or BaaN), strong Italian and good English, and a detail-oriented approach. The role offers 25,903 EUR annually plus a daily meal allowance of 5.29 EUR.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record accounting documents and related calculations (Accounts Payable).
• Verify and issue invoices (Accounts Receivable).
• Electronic and paper filing of accounting documents.
• Manage tax, social security and regulatory obligations (VAT settlement, F23/F24).
• Update company records and contracts; manage collections and payments.
• Assist with monthly reporting and ERP data accuracy.
