Give Back Beauty cerca un professionista contabile da inserire nel team Finanza per gestire l'intero ciclo procure-payable, registrazione corretta delle fatture fornitori e conformità normativa internazionale.

Il ruolo prevede controllo documentale, gestione dashboard fatture elettroniche italiane e supporto al F&A per Vendor Reporting. Sono richieste esperienza internazionale e conoscenza ERP (SAP o Dynamics 365).

Competenze

• Diploma di scuola superiore in contabilità o titolo equivalente.
• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ambienti di gruppo internazionali.
• Conoscenza di sistemi ERP (SAP e/o Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
• Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel.
• Attenzione ai dettagli e approccio pratico.
• Proattività e capacità di gestire priorità multiple.
• Capacità di operare in un ambiente internazionale e veloce.

Mansioni

• Controllo delle fatture, bolle e altri documenti contabili prima della registrazione.
• Gestione delle fatture fornitori (servizi, stock, acquisti) e relativa contabilizzazione.
• Gestione del dashboard delle fatture elettroniche (fatture da fornitori italiani).
• Supporto al team F&A per le attività di Vendor Reporting e dichiarazione INTRA.

About the role

We are looking for an Account Payable professional to join the Finance team.

The role will be responsible for managing the purchase-to-pay cycle, ensuring the accurate recording and posting of supplier invoices.

Key Responsibilitie

• Control of invoices, bills and other bookkeeping documents before posting ;
• Vendor invoices management (services, stock, asset) and their Posting following Accountancy Law, VAT Law, Incorporate Tax Law, Personnel Tax Law and other regulations regarding above Laws together with the compliance of the internal Ptp procedure;
• Managing Electronic Invoice Dashboard (invoices coming from Italian suppliers);
• Supporting, if necessary, FI Payment (proposal + execution) for all procurement invoices;
• Support to the F&A team for activities of Vendor Reporting , INTRA declaration.

What we are looking for

• High school diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification in accounting/finance;
• At least 5 years of experience within international group environments;
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Attention to detail with a hands‑on approach;
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities;
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, international environment.

What we offer

• Annual gross salary range: €33,000 – €38,000
