AB Parfums, part of the Give Back Beauty group, is seeking an Account Payable professional to join the Finance team in Italy. You will manage the purchase-to-pay cycle and ensure accurate posting of supplier invoices.

The role requires a high school diploma in Accounting, at least 5 years in international groups, and strong ERP experience with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel. Hybrid work available.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Mansioni

• Control of invoices, bills and other bookkeeping documents before posting.
• Vendor invoices management (services, stock, asset) and their posting following applicable laws and internal PTP procedures.
• Managing Electronic Invoice Dashboard for invoices from Italian suppliers.
• Support FI Payment (proposal + execution) for procurement invoices.
• Support to the F&A team for Vendor Reporting, INTRA declaration.

About the role

We are looking for an Account Payable professional to join the Finance team.

The role will be responsible for managing the purchase-to-pay cycle, ensuring the accurate recording and posting of supplier invoices.

Key Responsibilitie

• Control of invoices, bills and other bookkeeping documents before posting ;
• Vendor invoices management (services, stock, asset) and their Posting following Accountancy Law, VAT Law, Incorporate Tax Law, Personnel Tax Law and other regulations regarding above Laws together with the compliance of the internal Ptp procedure;
• Managing Electronic Invoice Dashboard (invoices coming from Italian suppliers);
• Supporting, if necessary, FI Payment (proposal + execution) for all procurement invoices;
• Support to the F&A team for activities of Vendor Reporting , INTRA declaration. xlwpduy

What we are looking for

What we offer

• Annual gross salary range: €33,000 – €38,000
