The candidate will supervise Junior Accountants, ensure proper documentation, and maintain confidentiality of records. A Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience is required, along with proficiency in MS Excel and Tally.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts and Finance Officer to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, VAT/TDS reconciliation, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and well-maintained financial records.

Account Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.
• Handle VAT/TDS reconciliation and return filing.
• Perform cash, bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and revenue-related accounting. Prepare financial reports, audit schedules, and supporting documents.
• Calculate and verify employee, sales, and commission incentives.
• Supervise and review the work of Junior Accountants.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, proper documentation, and confidentiality of financial records.

Required Qualifications For This Job

• Required Education Level: Undergraduate (Bachelor)
• Required Experience: More than 3 years

Other Specification

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, TDS, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Practical knowledge of VAT/TDS reconciliation and return filing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Experience with Tally accounting software.
• Ability to maintain and manage financial records accurately.
