Mistplay is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in a full-time, hybrid role. You will manage accounting, AR/AP, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency across our financial operations.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in finance, strong QuickBooks skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys working with accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting day-to-day finance operations.

You will join a collaborative Finance team during an exciting phase of growth and process development. Your contribution will help strengthen our finance operations while we continue to build and scale our internal financial organization.

You will play a key role in helping our Finance team manage accounting, controlling, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP) activities while contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and maintain financial data within accounting systems.
• Support accounting activities using QuickBooks and Fatture in Cloud.
• Generate financial reports and assist with data analysis.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Reconcile financial transactions and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with transaction reconciliation, AR/AP management, and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
