Amazon Pickup & Return Points (PARP) is expanding its network in Milan, Italy. The Account Manager will own executive-level partner relationships, lead contract negotiations, and drive strategic market analysis to shape growth.
We seek a candidate with strong account management experience and advanced Excel skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams across Tech Ops, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Product groups to deliver milestones and superior customer experiences at pickup
Own and drive executive-level relationships with stakeholders across partner organizations
Lead complex contract negotiations, including commercial terms and service level agreements
Conduct market analysis and forecasting to shape strategic decisions
Maintain complete ownership of the pickup network, including performance optimization and expansion strategy
Drive network development/roll-out, maintain and optimize current operations, conduct performance reviews, and manage contract renewals
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Tech Ops/Installation, Accounting, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, Product Management)
Lead business expansion, route-to-market strategies, and new product/service launches
Drive offline Marketing and Advertising campaigns with location partners
Ensure best-in-class customer experience across all Pickup locations

The minimum gross base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.
Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements.
In addition to statutory benefits, and those applicable to the relevant CBA, company supplementary benefits may apply subject to further terms.
