Alfadocs is seeking a Team Leader for the Account Management group in Milano, Italy. You will mentor a growing AM team, drive revenue KPIs, and ensure tight alignment with CSMs, Onboarding and Support to deliver a seamless customer journey.

The role requires strong coaching instincts, experience in SaaS, and fluency in Italian and English. Hybrid work 2-3 days in-office, salary 40K-45K EUR + 15% bonus OTE, starting September 2026.

Competenze

• Experience leading or mentoring a sales / account management / customer success team, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• A track record of owning revenue KPIs (expansion, retention, NRR).
• Strong coaching instincts and ability to give structured feedback.
• Fluency in value-based / consultative selling and objection handling.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor the AM team, driving win-rate and referral generation.
• Own end-to-end team KPIs, forecasting, prioritisation and corrective action.
• Align AM with CSMs, Onboarding and Support for a seamless journey.
• Provide call coaching and regular performance reviews.
