Kids&Us in Messina, Italy, seeks an energetic English Teacher/Academic Coordinator for a dual role at a local school. The role involves teaching 18 hours weekly (12 hours as coordinator, 6 as teacher) and supporting academic processes under a fixed-term until 31/12/2026.

The gross annual salary ranges from €20,665 to €22,017, with pro-rated compensation based on hours. English proficiency (C1+) and a clean background check are required.

As our teacher you’ll learn to:

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

As a coordinator you’ll have to:

• Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method
• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school

Requirements:

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
• Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
• Interest in working with children
• Planning and organisation skills

We Offer:

• Fixed-term until 31/12/2026;
• 12 hours per week as a coordinator and 6 hours per week as a teacher (in total 18 h per week);

• The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €20,665 to €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
