PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, support team growth, and ensure care continuity. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Active state licensure or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.

Mansioni

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post-hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Formazione

Bachelor's degree with ABA coursework (12 units) and one year supervisory ABA experience
