Upstate Caring Partners in Utica, NY is seeking an enthusiastic RBT to support children and adults with autism and IDD under BCBA supervision. You will deliver high-quality ABA services, coach staff, and help create positive learning environments.

The role emphasizes data collection and progress reporting, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and opportunities for career growth, including mentorship, training, and tuition support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is required.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and coaching peers on protocol implementation preferred.
• Strong data collection, graphing, and reporting skills for team reviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to receive feedback.
• Travel required and valid NY driver’s license.
