Monarch Academy is seeking full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our educational team serving students with autism and complex support needs. RBTs collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, related service providers, and administrators to provide individualized academic, behavioral, communication, and functional support throughout the school day.

Responsibilities include using evidence-based ABA practices, data collection, AAC supports, and implementing BIPs and reinforcement systems

Competenze

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• ELS – Paraprofessional endorsement in good standing with the Illinois State Board of Education.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with students with autism, developmental disabilities, or complex needs preferred.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), data collection, and AAC systems preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct instructional, behavioral, communication and functional support to students with autism and complex needs.
• Implement BIPs, reinforcement systems and behavior support strategies.
• Collect and document student behavioral and instructional data.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, related service providers and multidisciplinary team.
• Prepare instructional materials and maintain an organized learning environment.
• Support use of AAC systems and visual supports.
