Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Global Template Owner for Quality Management - Clinical/R&D Quality. This hybrid role will lead consolidation of QMS processes and support creation of a Global Template aligned with the Transcend roadmap, with responsibilities spanning multiple countries.

The role requires 10+ years in relevant areas, strong ERP experience, and leadership abilities. Travel up to 30% may be required; on-site presence three days weekly with two remote days is

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Business functional experience (Ops, Supply Chain, Finance) in a multi-ERP environment.
• Experience in SAP ERP replacement programs.
• English proficiency essential; German/Dutch/Italian helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation of Clinical/R&D Quality processes and Global Template.
• Drive standardization and harmonization of quality processes across markets.
• Support training design, compliance documentation, and process updates.
• Document end-to-end Quality processes and maintain knowledge content.
• Provide insights for testing, validation, and change control.
