Alpitronic, a leader in e-mobility charging infrastructure, seeks a remote Technical Support Specialist in Lombardy to provide remote support from the office to customers, service partners, and field technicians.

You will diagnose and resolve Hypercharger issues using remote tools, guide on-site technicians remotely, manage cases against SLAs, and collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting while benefiting from total compensation starting from €38,000 gross per year with a 20%

Competenze

Technical education or relevant experience in technical support, maintenance, field service, or a comparable technical role.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide technicians remotely.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain effective in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Customer-focused, proactive, and structured approach to work.
Ability to work independently and within an international team.
Availability to work in a 24/7 shift-based support organization, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience with electrical systems, electronics, networking, ticketing systems, remote diagnostics, log analysis, or EV charging technology is considered an advantage.
Professional fluency in English and either German or French is mandatory

Mansioni

Provide remote technical support from the office to customers, service partners, and field technicians through written case handling and live troubleshooting calls.
Diagnose and resolve issues on Hyperchargers using remote diagnostic tools, system logs, and technical documentation.
Guide on-site technicians remotely during troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities.
Manage and prioritize technical cases according to customer impact and defined Service Level Agreements.
Ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and appropriate escalation of unresolved issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting procedures and service quality
