1. Prepare structural detail and design drawings for various building and construction types to be built predominantly in US

2. Hands on experience of Revit Structures software, Revit families and AutoCAD.

3. Modelling Concrete and Steel elements in Revit Structures software. Knowledge of wood structures and wood construction will be added advantage.

4. Good working knowledge of Revit Structures with ability to use all standard functions within Revit Structures, Parametric Families creation.

5. Experience of Reinforcement drawing and rebar detailing.

6. Experience of working on several sized projects, as the sole CAD/BIM support and as part of a wider CAD/BIM team

7. Good understanding of the role of consultant engineers and how to support this, Clear understanding of industry standards

8. Responsible for Revit and CAD standards, implementation, and enforcement, Create Revit families in response to project requirements

9. Create work sets, work-sharing methodologies in Revit Models, Project delivery responsibility on agreed schedules

10. Creation and maintenance of the software template files to assure standards, automate routines to support standards and productivity

11. Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all drawings produced

12. Assist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards

13. Produce work to specified WSP in India CAD standards, suggest revisions to standards as appropriate

14. Flag resource concerns in advance to CAD/BIM manager.

15. Use templates for CAD/BIM work and use CAD/BIM library items to assist design work

16. Follow QA, document control, archiving & CDM guidelines on all work, Work with project team members on specified aspects of the project
