A leading tech firm in Lucknow is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Officer. You will handle the procurement of materials, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience, preferably in the solar or electrical fields, and possess strong negotiation and coordination skills. This role offers a monthly salary between ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle purchase and procurement of materials as per project requirements.
  • Identify reliable vendors and negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Maintain records of materials movement and coordinate deliveries.
  • Optimize inventory levels and prepare purchase orders.

Job Title: Procurement & Logistics Officer

Location: Near Mahanagar, Lucknow

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience:

1–3 years in procurement, logistics, or inventory management (experience in solar/electrical field preferred).

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Supply Chain / Equivalent preferred).

Major Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Handle purchase and procurement of materials, tools, and equipment as per project requirements.
  • Identify reliable vendors and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain records of inward and outward material movement.
  • Coordinate with project and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Ensure proper documentation, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and stock management.
  • Track logistics and ensure material reaches project sites on time.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain vendor database.
Skills Required:
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of solar materials and electrical components (preferred).
  • Good in MS Excel, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Working Hours:
  • 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Week Off: Sunday
