Job summary

Artmac Soft in Hyderabad seeks a Zuora Techno-Functional Lead for a contract/part-time engagement. You will spearhead end-to-end Zuora implementations, billing, payments, revenue, and subscription management, with Stripe integration and ERP/CRM interfaces.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Zuora consultancy, strong SQL, and API troubleshooting skills, and can translate finance requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Zuora techno-functional consulting and implementation.
• Experience with Zuora Billing, Payments, Revenue, and Subscription Management.
• Strong Stripe payment gateway integration experience.
• Zuora integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, payments, refunds, collections, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on with Oracle EBS and financial system integrations.
• Understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Revenue Recognition processes.
• Knowledge of subscription lifecycle management (orders, amendments, renewals, cancellations, upgrades, downgrades).
• Excellent SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong API troubleshooting and integration debugging skills.
• Ability to translate business and finance requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and IT teams to optimize billing and payment operations.
• Ensure PCI compliance, payment security, data integrity, and audit readiness.
