# Zuora ArchitectOffice in Pune, Coimbatore, Chennai, Hyderabad, BangaloreOther Tech, ZuoraSenior Data Quality EngineerSenior Java Software Developer – Java 8, Microservices, ReactJS, JUnitLead / Senior SAP ABAP ConsultantSenior Technical Delivery Manager - Java/.NETLead Software Engineer - Java Full Stack AngularSenior Software Engineer - Java Full Stack ReactJSSenior Technical Delivery Manager - Java/.NETLead Systems Engineer - Data DevOps/MLOpsLead Data Software EngineerLead Software Engineer (Python, GenAI, LLM)We are seeking an experienced **Zuora Architect** to design, implement, and optimize Zuora billing solutions while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business success.Responsibilities* Work closely with the customer to gather requirements, design solutions, and estimate efforts* Collaborate with Business Operations, Finance, and Business Analysts to gather and understand business requirements* Design and enhance workflows to meet business needs* Manage a small team and coordinate deliverables while communicating effectively with all stakeholders* Deliver system development, testing, and deployment with minimum handholding* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and configurations related to Zuora integrations and data flows in a timely manner* Implement performance improvements to ensure optimal system performance* Support the DevOps team in automating Zuora deployments and ensure successful changes to production* Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Zuora implementations, design specifications, test plans, and user guides* Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers* Provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders on Zuora functionalities and best practices* Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, issues, and solutionsRequirements* 10-15 years of experience in IT, with a track record in implementing, maintaining, and improving platforms in Billing* Understanding of the Zuora platform, Zuora Admin, Zuora objects, and APIs* Expertise in Zuora Invoice template creation and updating, including Payments, Bill runs, billing document posting, Invoice, CM & HTML templates* Knowledge of Product Catalog, Charge Models, and Subscription lifecycle management, including create, update, renew, and cancel processes* Experience with Zuora Order line-item feature, including creating Order line-items and Invoice order line items* Skills in reconciliations and troubleshooting for month-end processes, along with mass create/update/delete operations at/for multiple objects* Proficiency in developer tools and Postman tools* Experience integrating with ecommerce, payment gateways, data analytics platforms, and tax systems, including Salesforce, Zuora APIs, and Payment Gateways* Familiarity with Zuora Workflow to automate new workflows and enhance existing ones* In-depth knowledge of Admin features and setups, including Roles, Permissions, and Billing templates* Ability to support day-to-day queries and analysis from business, finance, dev, QA, and other stakeholders* Understanding of Zuora product updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance
