• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, billing systems, or related technology roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on Zuora Billing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Zuora Billing configuration, workflows, and integrations.
• Understanding of subscription billing and SaaS business models.
• Experience working with CRM/ERP integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to subscription billing, invoicing, payments, amendments, renewals, cancellations, and revenue processes.
• Configure and maintain Zuora Billing based on business and functional requirements.
• Work with subscription-based billing models including recurring, usage-based, one-time, and hybrid billing scenarios.
• Configure billing rules, product catalog elements, rate plans, charges, billing schedules, invoices, and related workflows.
• Support end-to-end order-to-cash and subscription-to-revenue processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define billing requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support integrations between Zuora and CRM, ERP, payment, tax, revenue, and other enterprise systems.
• Prepare functional requirements, process documentation, test scenarios, and business validation cases.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect analysis, and production issue resolution.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Zuora Billing Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support and enhance subscription billing and revenue-related business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience with Zuora Billing configuration, billing workflows, integrations, invoicing, and subscription‑based business models.

This role requires someone who can understand business requirements, translate them into Zuora solutions, work closely with technical and business stakeholders, and support end-to-end billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to subscription billing, invoicing, payments, amendments, renewals, cancellations, and revenue processes.
• Configure and maintain Zuora Billing based on business and functional requirements.
• Work with subscription-based billing models including recurring, usage-based, one-time, and hybrid billing scenarios.
• Configure billing rules, product catalog elements, rate plans, charges, billing schedules, invoices, and related workflows.
• Understand and support end-to-end order-to-cash and subscription-to-revenue processes.
• Work with stakeholders to define billing requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support integrations between Zuora and CRM, ERP, payment, tax, revenue, and other enterprise systems.
• Analyze billing and invoicing issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Validate billing calculations, invoice generation, amendments, renewals, credits, adjustments, and account changes.
• Support revenue recognition processes and understand their impact on billing and finance operations.
• Prepare functional requirements, process documentation, test scenarios, and business validation cases.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect analysis, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, QA, and other business teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes, automation, controls, and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of overall experience in business systems analysis, billing systems, or related technology roles.
• 3+ years of relevant hands‑on Zuora Billing experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of Zuora Billing configuration, workflows, and integrations.
• Good understanding of subscription billing and SaaS business models.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing schedules, amendments, renewals, cancellations, credits, and adjustments.
• Understanding of revenue recognition and finance/revenue processes.
• Experience working with CRM, ERP, payment, tax, or other downstream/upstream integrations is preferred.
• Strong requirements gathering and functional documentation skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and working with cross-functional teams.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
