Job summary

EPAM Systems India Pvt Ltd is seeking a senior Zuora specialist to design, implement, and optimize billing platforms. You will work with finance, operations, and development teams to capture requirements, build workflows, and deliver end-to-end Zuora solutions.

The role requires deep Zuora expertise, template and object handling, and strong collaboration across business units for production deployments and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in IT, with a track record in implementing, maintaining, and improving platforms in Billing.
• Understanding of the Zuora platform, Zuora Admin, Zuora objects, and APIs.
• Expertise in Zuora Invoice template creation and updating, including Payments, Bill runs, billing document posting, Invoice, CM & HTML templates.
• Knowledge of Product Catalog, Charge Models, and Subscription lifecycle management, including create, update, renew, and cancel processes.
• Experience with Zuora Order line-item feature, including creating Order line-items and Invoice order line items.
• Skills in reconciliations and troubleshooting for month-end processes, along with mass create/update/delete operations at/for multiple objects.
• Proficiency in developer tools and Postman tools.
• Experience integrating with ecommerce, payment gateways, data analytics platforms, and tax systems, including Salesforce, Zuora APIs, and Payment Gateways.
• Familiarity with Zuora Workflow to automate new workflows and enhance existing ones.
• In-depth knowledge of Admin features and setups, including Roles, Permissions, and Billing templates.
• Ability to support day-to-day queries and analysis from business, finance, dev, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Understanding of Zuora product updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance.
