Job summary

Jade Global seeks a Zuora Billing Technical Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and enhancements of Zuora Billing. You will develop and support integrations with CRM and payment platforms while troubleshooting production issues and delivering effective technical solutions.

Collaboration with business and technical stakeholders is essential to success. The role requires deep knowledge of Zuora Billing, REST APIs, SOQL/SQL, and Q2C processes, with an emphasis on subscription

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience with Zuora Billing.
• Strong knowledge of Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, SOQL/SQL, and Zuora data/object model.
• Strong understanding of Q2C, subscription lifecycle, invoicing, and payments.
• Experience with CRM and payment gateway integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
