Job summary

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Zscaler ZIA and ZPA platforms.
• Manage Zscaler security policies, configurations and access controls.
• Troubleshoot Zscaler-related incidents and resolve L2 issues.
• Support ZIA and ZPA operations.
• Handle Zscaler Source IP Anchoring and SaaS/API Data Protection activities.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Trend Vision One / EDR.
• Investigate security incidents and provide L2-level resolution.
• Execute approved changes and configuration updates.
• Coordinate with Zscaler and Trend Micro OEMs for complex issues and escalations.
• Maintain incident records, technical documentation and operational reports.
• Collaborate with network, endpoint, infrastructure and security teams.
• Provide customer-facing technical support in an onsite environment.

• Troubleshoot Zscaler-related incidents and resolve L2 technical issues.
• Support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) operations.
• Handle Zscaler Source IP Anchoring and SaaS/API Data Protection activities.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Trend Vision One / EDR.
• Investigate security incidents and provide L2-level resolution.
