Job Overview

Project Scope

• Migration of infrastructure from traditional security platforms to Zscaler cloud-based platform.
• Resources required to work in hyper care support team (telephonic / email / Chat support) handling deployment related incidents globally.

Skillset Required

• Sound knowledge on Zscaler ZIA and ZPA architecture, preferably certified ZIA / ZPA.
• Hands on experience or extensive training on Zscaler – Mandatory.
• Windows Client OS troubleshooting for networking issues.
• Installation and uninstallation of software (VPN clients, antivirus, etc).
• Troubleshooting VPN client software.
• Good and professional English communication.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• L2 knowledge on firewall technologies.
• Basic network switching.
• Sound knowledge of VPN technologies.
• Good understanding of network security.
