Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Zscaler Senior Expert to lead the design, implementation, and support of cloud-based security solutions. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance internet and private access using Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) across a global enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Implementation

• Lead the architecture, deployment, and configuration of Zscaler (ZIA & ZPA) solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation guides, and SOPs
• Integrate Zscaler solutions with existing network, security, and application infrastructures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and alignment

Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide advanced L3 support, including incident response, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
• Act as an escalation point for complex Zscaler-related issues
• Monitor system health, performance, and security posture, proactively mitigating risks
• Stay up to date with Zscaler product enhancements, security trends, and best practices
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance security, user experience, and operational efficiency
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for L2 teams and end-user support groups

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure deployments adhere to security policies and regulatory requirements
• Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in network/security engineering, including 2+ years with Zscaler solutions
• Deep expertise in:
  • Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
  • Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
• Strong understanding of networking concepts:
  • TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, proxies
• Proven experience in deployment, troubleshooting, and operational support
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a global team environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Relevant certifications such as:
  • Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP)
  • CCNP Security
• Exposure to hybrid and enterprise-scale security environments
