Project Scope

Migration of infra from traditional security platforms to Zscaler cloud-based platform. Resources required to work in hyper care support team (telephonic / email / Chat support) which will involve handling deployment related incidents around the globe.

Skillset Required

• Sound knowledge on Zscaler ZIA and ZPA architecture, preferably certified ZIA / ZPA
• Hands‑on experience or extensive training on Zscaler is mandatory
• Windows Client OS troubleshooting for networking issues
• Installation and un‑installation of software (VPN clients, antivirus etc.)
• Troubleshooting VPN client software
