Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Zscaler Cloud Security Services professional to join our security operations team in Chennai or Pune. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in cloud security, with hands-on work on ZIA, ZPA and ZDX, SSL inspection, and firewalling.

The role involves supporting L3 security infrastructure, performing vulnerability assessments, and guiding incident response with a focus on secure connectivity and cloud-based security controls.

Qualifications

• L3 security infrastructure operations experience required.
• Ability to assess vulnerabilities, conduct risk analysis and security testing.
• Familiar with Zscaler components and admin portals (ZIA/ZPA/ZDX).

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 security infrastructure operations support including Firewall Filtering, SSL inspection, URL & App Cloud Control.
• Investigate latest security standards, vulnerability assessments, risk analyses related to security incidents, changes and connectivity issues.
• Hands-on experience with packet capture using tools like Wireshark.
• Experience with ZIA, ZPA, ZDX Admin Portals and ZTE configuration with cloud connector and branch connector.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot user issues related to Zscaler Internet Access, Zscaler Private Access and ZCC.

Key Responsibilities Provide L3 security infrastructure operations support including Firewall Filtering, SSL inspection, URL & App Cloud Control Able to Investigate the latest security standards, recent security systems, and renewed authentication protocols, performing vulnerability assessment, security testing, and risk analysis related to Security Incident, change, problems, escalation management related to connectivity issues in the security infrastructure. Familiar with packet capture and tool knowledge of Wireshark. Hands-on experience working with ZIA, ZPA, ZDX Admin Portals and ZTE implementation with cloud connector and branch connector configuration.
