Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled associate with 8-10 years of experience in Zscaler Private Access, Zscaler Internet Access, and optional experience with Checkpoint Firewall and Palo Alto Internet Gateway. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual to manage operational tasks effectively to meet client objectives.

Must-have skills include:

• Implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting in ZIA and ZP
• Monitoring and management of PAC servers, GRE Tunnels
• Management and troubleshooting of ZCC Client Connector - Tunnel 2
• Authentication issues, such as user login failures via Zscaler App
• Addressing slow internet speeds or high latency through Zscaler
• SSL/TLS inspection issues affecting website loading
• Adding Zscaler profiles to users
• User authentication via SSO or other methods
• ZPA Connector synchronization issues
• Access issues with PAC files

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing and managing Zscaler Private Access and Internet Access solutions
• Providing technical guidance and support
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Monitoring performance and resolving issues
• Developing security policies and conducting audits
• Implementing best practices and coordinating with Zscaler support
• Managing Jira timelines and stakeholder communication
• Responding to security incidents and breaches

Certifications required:

• Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - optional

Shift coverage includes UK & UK time zones on a rotational basis.
